The mission of the Love Saves Foundation, a non-profit
organization, is to raise awareness about elephants that are being abused,
mistreated or neglected around the world. In the United States, elephants are being used for our entertainment in circuses, zoos, and fairs. In
1. To buy supplies for informational literature to educate the public about elephant abuse around the world.
2. Support our Ele School program. This allows us to reach the youth by going into the classroom and teaching them about elephants and the harms these animals face now and in the future.
3. To help sanctuaries that rescue elephants from cruel conditions such as the circus.
4. For tabling at events - being able to set up booths
at concerts, pet events and other functions where we are able to reach the
public and educate them about elephant awareness.
Love Saves Foundation has a school program, Ele School, that travels around the country educating children about elephants, global warming and recycling.
We know that alone we can not stop elephants from being abused
but together we can create a movement strong enough to end it. Once the demand decreases in the current
elephant tourism industry, which includes elephant trekking and elephants that
perform, owners will be forced to make a change, and that can be towards places
like elephant sanctuaries, where elephants are free from torture.
Be the change you want to see in the world. Make a
difference by donating to the life of an elephant today.
